With Shepherd Shield, we build a program tailored specifically to your business to ensure we are able to cut costs, downtime, and minimize surprise costs.

  • We start with a consultation and evaluate your building, systems in place, current service budget and your individual business’s needs including compliance requirements, specialized equipment, service hours, and more.

  • All discounted hourly rates for normal service, emergency service, and any specialty needs are presented upfront and included in your agreement, locked in for the year.

  • In exchange for an annual commitment, you will save 20% or more on annual service costs, while receiving faster, more effective repairs and preventative maintenance.

  • Our target annual cost for SHIELD is only 10%-15% of your projected annual service budget, depending on the complexity of the building and the volume of service you project.

  • 100% of your annual cost is applied to future service. No hidden fee’s or additional costs to join.

When combining the discounted service rates with more efficient repairs, less billable hours learning your building, and quarterly inspections to reduce emergency calls, your savings compounds.

We established three basic requirements for the core SHIELD program that cover almost every client - no complicated costs, hidden fee’s or gotcha clauses in the contract.

SHIELD is offered in the entire Wasatch Front, including Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah Counties. Businesses outside of this service area may still participate, but may retain a guaranteed arrival time based on location.
